The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints

Rune Stone List

  • There are three different kinds of rune stones scattered about the game world, all of which give you long-lasting bound items when activated. Once a particular stone has been used, it can't be used again until after the next midnight.

Hestra stones give you bound gauntlets and either a bound dagger or a bound mace, depending on which related skill is higher.
