The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Where are the keys and the treasure?
of 10: To get the first key, find a small frozen pond a short ways east of the main fort structure.
of 10: Locate the "frozen barrel" half-buried in the ice and take the key and note from it.
of 10: Then go to the ruined tower-like structure west of the main fort structure.
of 10: Find the treasure chest down in the tower's central pit and open it to find another key.
of 10: To get to the next chest in the series, start at the two statues that are on either side of the path a ways SE of the fort.
of 10: Head SE to quickly come to a toppled-over pillar and a small segment of wall just past it.
of 10: Look behind the large rocks in the middle of the wall segment to find the chest.
of 10: Return to the door leading to the Serpent's Trail, then head west and south.
of 10: The chest you're after is half-buried in the ground on the north side of a couple of very large rocks.
of 10: It contains the Circlet of Omnipotence, which is a ring that adds 3 to your Agility, Endurance, Speed, Strength, and Willpower when worn.
