The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
How can I get a servant for my new mansion?
1 of 6: First, buy the Servants Quarters package from Gunder.
2 of 6: Then talk to Eyja, who should be standing around in Gunder's shop.
3 of 6: Agree to give her 150 gold, and she'll move in and start her servantly duties.
4 of 6: The main benefit of this is that after you buy the Kitchen package from Gunder, you can ask Eyja about "Drink" to get a bottle of Rosethorn Mead (good for temporary Strength and Endurance increases) and "Food" to get a Shepherd's Pie (good for curing disease and potion-mixing).
5 of 6: You can ask again and again to get more of them, too.
6 of 6: TIP: Neither the mead nor the pies are worth anything, but you can make a bunch of pies into Cure Disease potions and sell them if you need to make back some of the money you sunk into this house.
