Alchemy
1 of 4: Once you get your Alchemy skill to 70, talk to Ardaline in Bravil or Brotch Calus in Bruma about "Training" to be referred to Sinderion.
2 of 4: Go to the Sinderion's Cellar area within Skingrad's West Weald Inn.
3 of 4: When you talk to Sinderion about training, he'll send you off to get him two specific bottles of wine made in the year 399.
