The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Armorer
of 8: Once you get your Armorer skill to 70, talk to Rohssan in the Imperial City or Rasheda in Chorrol about "Training" to be referred to Gin-Wulm.
of 8: He's supposedly in "The Best Defense" in the Imperial City's Market District, but he may be wandering around. Make "Armorer Training" the active quest and then follow the quest arrow to find him.
of 8: When you ask him about training, he'll ask you what the name Hazadir means to you.
of 8: If you're forced to choose "Nothing," he'll mention that a book about Hazadir can be found in the "First Edition" bookstore in the Market District.
of 8: The book you're after is "The Armorer's Challenge."
of 8: It's not lying around the store for you to read for free, so you'll have to buy it from Phintias (or pickpocket him for it).
of 8: Or you can go to the Cheydinhal Fighters Guild and find a copy lying on top of the bookshelf on the second floor.
of 8: Reading the book gets you a +1 to your Armorer skill, plus you can return to Gin-Wulm and give him the response he wants in exchange for training.
