Destruction
1 of 6: Once you get your Destruction skill to 70, talk to Marc Gulitte in Anvil or Delphine Jend in Bravil about "Training" to be referred to Bralsa Andaren.
2 of 6: NOTE: You have to get Gulitte's or Jend's disposition up to 80 in order to learn about Andaren.
3 of 6: She's near the Wayshrine of Kynareth that's a bit NW of Fort Dirich (location 16 on the Colovian Highlands map).
4 of 6: You'll probably find her chasing and killing innocent deer, or something like that.
5 of 6: When she takes a break, talk to her to learn that she will only train you after you bring her 20 bear pelts.
