The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Illusion
1 of 7: Once you get your Illusion skill to 70, talk to Carahil in Anvil or Kud-Ei in Bravil about "Training" to be referred to Martina Floria.
2 of 7: She's at the Arcane University, in the enchanting (Chironasium) area.
3 of 7: You'll have to have done enough Mages Guild quests to gain access to the Arcane University's southern half, but you undoubtedly have if you're a good enough magic-user to be ready for master-level skill training.
4 of 7: When you ask Floria about training, she'll ask you for 10 Welkynd stones.
5 of 7: Those are the magicka-restoring stones that can be found in most Ayleid ruins.
6 of 7: Some nearby ruins that have at least 10 Welkynd Stones in them include Vilverin, Nagastani, Fanacasecul, Sardavar Leed, Belda, and Sercen.
7 of 7: When you get enough stones, turn them over to Martina to get access to her training.
