1 of 3: Find the statue by that name near the center of Bravil.
2 of 3: Click on it to kiss it and get a long-lasting +10 to Luck. (If it doesn't work the first time, try again.)
3 of 3: NOTE: This only works until you finish the Dark Brotherhood quests, after which the statue is used for something else entirely.
