The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
How can I get what I need from the Hunter's Run?
of 13: After you enter it, check out the locked gate on the left.
of 13: The turn handle for opening the fort's outer gate is past this locked gate, but you'll need the key that one of the guys in this dungeon has to open it.
of 13: Just a bit past that is Kurdan's Imperial Hunter, so kill him.
of 13: Take his key, even though it doesn't open the gate you just saw, and then continue on.
of 13: You'll find Kurdan's Nord Hunter near the SE end of the run, just north of the door to the Hunter's Abyss.
of 13: As long as you have the keys from both the Imperial and the Nord, you can open the Hunter's Abyss door.
of 13: Move along in the abyss until you come to the watery room where Kurdan's Orc Hunter is hanging out.
of 13: He's a lot tougher than the other two, so use sneak attacks and dodging tactics to help take him down.
of 13: Or knock him into the nearby pool and try to get him stuck under a ledge so he'll drown.
of 13: Get the key off his body, then find the trap-free area SW of his room that has a door leading back to the Hunter's Run.
of 13: Return to that locked gate you saw earlier near the Hunter's Run exit door.
of 13: Unfortunately, the orc's key is a fake, and the gate still won't open.
of 13: Head back outside to find that Kurdan has shown up to supervise his "game!"
