The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Fort Magia
of 13: This fort is at location 36 on the Heartlands map.
of 13: Inside, make your way SW and then around to a closed gate that you can't open.
of 13: Head down the SE passage from there and on until you get to a flooded room.
of 13: Take the SW underwater passage to find the door to the Fort Magia Memorials area.
of 13: After you go through the door, swim along as quickly as you can and surface in the large room past the flooded passage.
of 13: Find the stairs that lead up to the room's above-water floor, then go NW and jump back into the water.
of 13: Take the NE underwater passage to get to the door to the Fort Magia Garrison Blocks area. (At least the door isn't underwater this time.)
of 13: After going through the door, cross the water in the large room and find the NE passageway.
of 13: After the passage turns NW, follow it along until it turns NE again.
of 13: Then look to the left for the wooden chest that's tilted up so that it's half in and half out of the water.
of 13: That's the chest with the Shadowbanish Wine in it.
of 13: Once you have it, head NE and through a couple of rooms to find a door leading directly back to the starting Fort Magia area.
of 13: After you use a lever to open a gate, you can quickly make your way to the fort's exit.
