Odyssey: The Search for Ulysses Hints
How can I poison the cyclops?
of 10: Look in your inventory for something that you have left over from a previous puzzle.
of 10: You should still have some lotus seeds from the Land of the Lotus Eaters.
of 10: Remember that you had to filter them to make a safe drink -- the seeds themselves are poisonous.
of 10: So try feeding the seeds to the cyclops.
of 10: You need to trick him into eating the seeds, though -- he's more of a carnivore.
of 10: Fortunately, with just one eye, the cyclops can't have very good vision.
of 10: He might even try eating that statue in Koppeas' hut.
of 10: Just look for a way to put the seeds on the statue.
of 10: There's a bag in one corner of the room. Use that on the statues, and then use the seeds on the bag/statue.
of 10: You can now pick up the statue and take it outside to "give" to the cyclops. It will eat the statue and be poisoned by the seeds.
