Odyssey: The Search for Ulysses Hints
How do I get through the second room?
of 9: Walk up to the big statue at the top of the stairs and use it -- it will talk to you.
of 9: Have you noticed the circles at the bottom of the room?
of 9: When you step on each one, a word or name will appear on screen.
of 9: Find the circle whose name answers the question the statue is asking, and then use it. This basically seems to be a test of your knowledge of Greek mythology.
of 9: You'll have to repeat this two more times with the next two statues. There aren't any real clues within the game, so if you need the answers, read ahead.
of 9: The answer to the first question is "Theseus."
of 9: As a bit of a hint to the second question, the pronoun "his" appears to be intended as a gender-neutral one.
of 9: The answer is "Hera."
of 9: The answer to the third question is "man."
