Odyssey: The Search for Ulysses Hints
I'm now on top of the island, but how do I get into the palace?
1 of 6: Basically, your goal is to not be seen by the Laestrygonians -- they will kill you on sight. Saving here is probably a good idea, if you haven't already done so.
2 of 6: There will be two guards on patrol to the left side of the screen. Head left, but be careful not to let them see you. You should also be careful not to go too far back or right on the screen, since there's another guard there.
3 of 6: You can hide behind a rock a little bit to the left of where you start out, so that you can watch the pair of guards more closely. Just don't go too far to the left when you're behind the rock -- the guards might be able to see you there, even if you can't see yourself on screen.
4 of 6: Then, follow the guards until you can see the palace. There will be yet another guard standing at the entrance with his back turned to you, but he should start to move once you get close.
5 of 6: Get out of his way before he sees you, and you should be able to enter the palace.
6 of 6: Head to the right and wait for the guard to pass. You can then go through the main door.
