I can't pull the switch!
1 of 4: Did you follow the lead from Qasef?
2 of 4: After you talk with Qasef, go to a local bookstore. The Map of the Zone 9 Sewers has been added to their inventory. They'll sell it to you for 10 Seteks.
3 of 4: The map is terrible, but it must be examined in your Sneak before you go any farther.
4 of 4: The map shows an area of the sewer river, which might look a little familiar if you have wandered down behind the Tetra building. The little red arrow on the map points to the secret entry which is near a long, low ramp at the water's edge.
