2 of 6: Talk to the man sitting at the table.
3 of 6: He will let you borrow his tradutech, a device which will translate the text, if you do some further research for him.
4 of 6: He needs the Aegmaar index of the 3rd planet on the 4th system.
5 of 6: Return to him when you have that information and get his tradutech.
