How do I stop Riss production?
1 of 16: Talk to the region leader, Maar.
2 of 16: He will tell you to find and return a stone to Zeo.
3 of 16: Zeo is at the Essence Well in the northeast.
4 of 16: Talk to him about the stone.
5 of 16: He will tell you it is outside the Temple Fae.
6 of 16: Make tracks to the towers/look-outs near the Temple Fae. The stone is in one of them.
7 of 16: Take the stone back to Zeo.
8 of 16: He will tell you that it is a fake. He will also give you some info on where to find the real stone.
9 of 16: Go to the far northeast lake. The only patch of water in that area that contains Sankaar.
10 of 16: Enter the lake and take the stone.
11 of 16: Return the stone to Zeo.
12 of 16: Head back to Maar and ask him to stop production.
13 of 16: He wants you to remove some soldiers.
14 of 16: Draw your gun and start killing soldiers.
15 of 16: After killing a few, head back to Maar and ask him again.
16 of 16: If you have killed enough soldiers, then he will agree to stop production.
