What should I do after Detective Moretti leaves?
1 of 6: Head into the "cockpit" area of the main hall, and speak with Dr. Young.
2 of 6: Ask him about all available topics to learn more about what you are supposed to be doing here at the hospital.
3 of 6: He will also give you a few important items, the case files on each of the five patients, a key to each of the cell doors, and an alarm pager (just in case).
4 of 6: You will now need to head to each of the five cells with patients in. They're all on the same side of the hallway, which is to the left after coming in from the main doors.
5 of 6: Head inside each of the five cells (the key will be used automatically), and click on each patient one by one to give them a very preliminary examination.
6 of 6: Do this with each of the five patients, and the game will progress to the afternoon stage of this first day.
