Overclocked: A History Of Violence Hints
How can I get out of the room I'm trapped in?
of 9: First of all, take a look at both your inventory, and your possible escape routes.
of 9: You can't go back down the tunnel -- that's where you came from, and you will surely be caught if you do.
of 9: This leaves the only option as the large metal grate in front of you.
of 9: You'll need to pry it away from the wall in order to get out through the hole, though.
of 9: And luckily, you're carrying just the right tool for the job in your inventory.
of 9: Use the crowbar on the grating.
of 9: You will need to repeat the process a few times (there are two active hotspots on either side of it, so remember to alternate between the two) to break it on both the left and right sides.
of 9: You will eventually break the grate off, and it will fall down into the tunnel (unfortunately, along with your crowbar).
of 9: You can now simply step outside into the yard area.
