How do I catch the Black Arrow Killer?
1 of 10: The first rule that applies here is: "Make sure not to be seen".
2 of 10: The second rule is: "Be fast".
3 of 10: Get as close to the ground as possible without loosing sight on the Black Arrow Killer.
4 of 10: When he turns away (looking through his binoculars), rush to the stairs and go down to the lower level of the roof.
5 of 10: Hide behind the cooling unit.
6 of 10: Again make sure not to be seen, but don't loose sight of the guy.
7 of 10: Wait until he looks in your direction.
8 of 10: As soon as he turns away, run at him as fast as you can.
9 of 10: If everything went well, you will eventually conquer him.
