The Pandora Directive Hints
How do I solve Emily's box?
of 9: Did you already combine the pegs from Regan's box with it?
of 9: You should do some more combining.
of 9: The map of Asia should be combined with something first.
of 9: Try the flight schedule from the Waterfront Warehouse. Examine the new combination.
of 9: Now combine the map of Asia/flight schedule with Emily's box with pegs.
of 9: "Game Player" mode players, you will have to do this in the minimum amount of moves.
of 9: The idea of this puzzle is to reproduce the flight schedule on the puzzle box. The holes with star carvings around them are related to the brighter red marks on the map of Asia. The bare ones are related with the dimmer red marks.
of 9: Furthermore the exact position of both cities relative to each other is important. If we take the first one on the list then Calcutta is unhighlighted and so is Urumqui. Their position to each other is exactly south to north. So find two bare holes that are exactly south to north to each other and place your first peg in the southern one and your second peg in the northern one. Continue this way until you complete the whole list. You will see that all paths intersect with each other at the same position. Here you have to put your final peg.
