How do I get to the third floor?

  • 1 of 14: Take the elevator.
  • 2 of 14: You need to use the security card from the Linguistics lab to open the door.
  • 3 of 14: There are some wires on the control panel ... that could mean a bomb.  So I wouldn't recommend pressing any of the buttons yet.
  • 4 of 14: Since you're just a simple PI, don't plan on deactivating the bomb.
  • 5 of 14: Just try to get rid of it.
  • 6 of 14: Go back to the other elevator and take a look at the thing next to it.
  • 7 of 14: It's a toxic waste disposal unit.
  • 8 of 14: Return to the elevator to the third floor.
  • 9 of 14: Okay, SAVE YOUR GAME first.
  • 10 of 14: Open the control panel with your screwdriver.
  • 11 of 14: Make sure the elevator door is open.
  • 12 of 14: Cut the wires with your wire cutters.
  • 13 of 14: Take the bomb and run (holding down the R key while moving) to the toxic waste disposal chute.  Now drop it in the chute.
  • 14 of 14: Now, return to the elevator and push button 3.
