Do I need a map of this area?
1 of 2: No, this is one of the few areas where you don't really need a map. There are only three paths; the one going right won't be used till you're ready to leave the mines, the one going down left is a scenic but otherwise irrelevant dead end, and the one going up left is the one with all the interesting stuff.
