How do I get to level 1095?
1 of 13: There's only one elevator here. Did you try it?
2 of 13: As it happens, the controls don't seem to want to go down, only up. But what goes up MUST come down.
3 of 13: What you need here is something like the original Myst: a way to make the elevator go halfway up and stop, so you can look underneath it. (And before you ask, I don't really know why Ann can't look at it when it's all the way up. Because, okay?)
4 of 13: Climb on top of the elevator (by going inside it and clicking on the hatch in the roof) and look at the beams at the left. See those holes?
5 of 13: If you had something you could wedge in there, that would stop the elevator at just the right height.
6 of 13: Try using the wedges you got from Bill's office.
7 of 13: When you push the elevator button now, the elevator raises just enough to reveal --
8 of 13: -- a huge metal shelf covering something. It does confirm that this is the way down, but it's going to take a Hercules to move that sucker. Have you seen someone down here who's strong enough? (No, not Bill.)
