How can I get the gold?
1 of 5: Find a hammer in a cabinet inside the Windmill.
2 of 5: The hammer by itself cannot chip the chunk of gold off of the wall.
3 of 5: Combine the hammer with another inventory object.
4 of 5: The other object should be hard enough to be pounded upon plus have a sharp, pointed end.
5 of 5: Combine the spike with the hammer to make a hammer and chisel. Use those on the wall.
