How do I prove he's lying about hearing the time?

  • 1 of 10: Hold up, the murder weapon is a table clock?
  • 2 of 10: As far as we're aware, it's only a statue.
  • 3 of 10: Press the statement about there being a table clock at the scene.
  • 4 of 10: Press the statement about the murder weapon.
  • 5 of 10: Present the Statue against the statement about the murder weapon.
  • 6 of 10: Seems the status is a clock, and when you tilt its neck, it speaks the time out loud.
  • 7 of 10: Yet Phoenix had no idea of this, which means that from looking at the statue, you could not tell it was a clock.
  • 8 of 10: That's more than a little suspicious, so select Yes when asked if you still have a problem with the statement.
  • 9 of 10: The only way he could have tilted the statue's neck was if he held it himself, yet he said he never entered the apartment.
  • 10 of 10: The witness must have known it was a clock, and the only way he could have known was if he went into the apartment.
