2 of 10: The second witness is somewhere close by.
3 of 10: He runs the Boat Rental Shop.
4 of 10: Inside his shack, you will meet the guy, referred to by the game as Uncle.
5 of 10: He seems a little confused... show him an item of authority to convince him of who you really are.
6 of 10: Show him your Attorney's Badge.
7 of 10: He will only speak to you if you agree to run his imaginary noodle shop, so agree.
8 of 10: Talk to him about all you can.
