What should I do with Ema's second testimony?
1 of 9: Ema has no reason to lie to us, and so the only contradiction may come from her making a mistake.
2 of 9: The last statement, with the picture, shows that contradiction.
3 of 9: Check Neil Marshall's Autopsy Report.
4 of 9: It says he was stabbed in the back, but the picture shows him about to be stabbed in the front.
5 of 9: Present the Autopsy Report against the last statement.
6 of 9: The Judge will ask you to be a little more specific, so point to the tip of the weapon itself to show it going into the wrong side of Marshall.
7 of 9: He will then ask you whether there are two broken knives; tell him that there is another one.
8 of 9: An item connected to everything, but as of yet unrelated to the actual crimes is the answer here.
