1 of 4: Look closely at the Circus Map and the Crime Photo.
2 of 4: Note the location of the crime scene in particular.
3 of 4: The witness testified that no one was in the plaza except for Max. If that's true, there was no one at the crime scene except for Max.
4 of 4: If that were true, the victim wouldn't have been at the crime scene! Ben should have seen Russell Berry.
