Where is Regina's costume?
1 of 4: It'll turn up, but only after you've Presented something to Regina. (You could just try Presenting everything to her. In the next hint, I'll tell you what to present.)
2 of 4: You need to Present the Note to Regina.
3 of 4: Once you've done that, you can find Money the Monkey somewhere in the circus.
4 of 4: Look for Money in Moe's room. After you have the costume, Present it to Regina.
