How can I talk to de Killer?
1 of 5: You'll have to talk to de Killer twice today. You can't do it until you get past Oldbag.
2 of 5: Once you get past Oldbag, you can do a favor for Matt at the Detention Center.
3 of 5: When you visit the Detention Center, you'll receive a note from Matt, telling you to feed his cat. Go to his Living Room (it's right next to the Hotel Lobby) and Talk to his "butler."
4 of 5: To talk to de Killer the second time, you'll need to finish investigating the crime scene.
5 of 5: Go to Juan Corrida's room and finish Talking to Oldbag. de Killer will call you on the radio after you've done Matt's favor.
