Phoenix Wright 3: Trials and Tribulations Hints

General Investigative Advice

  • As a rule, when Phoenix is out investigating crime scenes and interviewing suspects, witnesses, and other characters, the rule of thumb is to be thorough. Examine everything, even if you think it looks unimportant, and ask about everything, even if you think it is irrelevant or boring. There is no point in the investigation scenes where you can die or fail, and only one or two times where you will have to seek alternate paths to reach a goal. Basically, look at everything, talk to everyone, and present every relevant item to every witness to see their reaction; you may sometimes be surprised. If you find yourself stuck, see which characters are still around in the areas you have unlocked, and make sure there are no dialogue options that you haven't already followed.
