Phoenix Wright 3: Trials and Tribulations Hints
General Psyche-Lock Advice
The Psyche-Lock system is a means by which Phoenix can literally see the "locks" that hold people's secrets. You will usually find at least one character per episode who is hiding information from you that can be uncovered by cracking their Psyche-Locks. In order to begin, present them with the Magatama in your inventory. What follows is, essentially, a series of "put up or shut up" situations where Phoenix will need to present proof of his assumptions, in order to prove he understands the real truth. Eventually, the suspect in question will break down and admit to everything. With the Psyche-Lock scenes, it is vital that if you are unsure, you do not continue, unless you really cannot find ANYTHING else to do out in the investigation. There are several instances where you will not have the required evidence to unlock someone's heart, and as a rule, if you can't, don't.
