2 of 6: You can't use your bare hands. You need something to pry it for you.

4 of 6: The pliers. Pull the bedistor out with the pliers.
5 of 6: You need a replacement. There's one in the 1st complex.
6 of 6: In Storage East. Put it in the cube. Close the cube.
