How do I beat the Gym Leader?
1 of 2: Blue (AKA Gary) is one of the hardest Gym Leaders in Kanto, primarily because he doesn't specialize on one type. He uses a L.56 Pidgeot, a L.58 Exeggutor, a L.56 Rhydon, a L.58 Arcanine, a L.54 Alakazam, and a L.58 Gyarados.
2 of 2: Pidgeot and Gyarados quickly succumb to Thunder. Rhydon and Arcanine stand no chance against Surf. Exeggutor and Alakazam, being Psychic Pokemon, stand no chance against Houndoom's Crunch.
