How do I beat Red (AKA Ash)?
1 of 3: Told you you'd meet him. Anyway, this is a tough fight. His Pokemon are a L.81 Pikachu, Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise at L.77, a L.73 Espeon, and a L.75 Snorlax.
2 of 3: Start off with your Golem (it IS a Golem now, right?) to make Pikachu fall to the might of Earthquake or Magnitude. Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise fall to the attacks Fire Blast/Psychic, Surf, and Thunder/Thunderbolt, respectively. Espeon easily goes down to Crunch, and Snorlax goes down with a good Fighting-type attack.
3 of 3: After beating him, you'll get the end credits again. You have now completed 80-90% of the game. The remaining 10-20% is catching 'em all!
