How do I beat the Gym Leader?
1 of 3: Chuck uses a L.27 Primeape and a L.30 Poliwrath.
2 of 3: Primeape is beat with either a well-trained Psychic Pokemon or your Pidgeotto/Pidgeot.
3 of 3: Poliwrath is much worse. Although it is Water/Fighting, and therefore has a weakness against the same Pokemon as Primeape, it uses a combo consisting of Mind Reader and Dynamicpunch. Dynamicpunch has an accuracy of 50%, but will always confuse upon impact. Mind Reader makes the next move as accurate as Swift, that is, it is guaranteed to hit. You may be able to beat him using a combo of the Pokemon you used to defeat Primeape, and a Grass- or Electric-type Pokemon.
