What's in here?
1 of 6: If you've been to Saffron, you may have noticed that the Master was missing from the Karate Gym. He is in this cave. You may want to bring an Escape Rope.
2 of 6: NOTE! Before you enter, make sure you only have 5 Pokemon, as you will not be able to receive the Pokemon otherwise. You can go back to him after you deposited the Pokemon, and then get it, but it's better to do it in advance.
3 of 6: It will take some time before you can get to him. First of all, you need Waterfall.
4 of 6: Second, you'll have to surf to get to the correct (middle) entrance.
5 of 6: Surf from near Ecruteak or Mahogany to get to the entrance. From there, it shouldn't be too hard to get to him. If you're not sure which way to go, save first, then try one of them. If it doesn't work, reset and continue from your saved game.
6 of 6: By the time you get to him, he won't be very hard to beat. He uses L.34 Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee, who are easily beat using a Pidgeot or a Psychic Pokemon at about L.40. Beat him to get a Tyrogue, which evolves into either Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, or Hitmontop, depending on its stats. It can evolve once it gets to L.20. And yes, it can be bred.
