What's that about a password?
1 of 2: Get it by fighting and then talking to two Rockets on the third basement floor.
2 of 2: The two people with the passwords are the female Rocket in the computer bank near the entrance and the male Rocket near two items. After doing this, find the Rocket Executive. Once you have fought him, talk to the Murkrow in the room to get the last password.
