Where have I seen the conduits and what are they for?
1 of 3: In the inner garden, where you had to route the water to the statue.
2 of 3: Water ran through these conduits under the grating as sort of an aqueduct.
3 of 3: Perhaps they have the same purpose here. If you can find water and channel it through the aqueduct to a certain target, you may be able to progress.
