How do I defeat the boss?
1 of 8: The "Girl in Black" is attacking a "Damsel in Distress," and it's up to you to save the damsel in red and defeat that annoying girl in black.
2 of 8: If the damsel in red falls, you lose. You have to keep the girl in black away from the helpless damsel (who apparently can't pull herself up).
3 of 8: Attack the girl in black to draw her attention away from the dangling damsel.
4 of 8: At this point, it's the same as the first fight against the girl in black you had on the ship, but a bit harder. Use the most effective combat techniques you've been practicing to deal the most damage and guard when necessary.
5 of 8: The girl in black will attack you with a devastating combo. When she's about to attack, be sure to guard or dodge. If you do get hit with multiple hits, you may want to consider using Recall to undo the damage if you have the sand to spare.
6 of 8: Partway through her combo attack, the girl in black will often raise her swords upward, preparing for the next phase of her combo. When this happens, you have a few options: 1) dodge and wait for your next chance to attack, 2) dodge sidewards and attack her from a (hopefully) safe angle, 3) continue to guard against her attacks, or 4) counterattack, hoping to disrupt her combo.
7 of 8: She also has a kicking attack, which will send you spiraling into a pillar or back down the stairs, giving the girl in black time to return to stomping the damsel in red. If this happens, consider using Recall or quickly jump to your feet and run back up the stairs as fast as possible to rejoin the fight.
8 of 8: Keep it up! Block, dodge, and hack, slash, and kick your way to victory! When it comes down to it, all you have to do is bring her health bar to zero before she does the same to you!
