The Orange Box: Portal Hints
How can I get from the door's ledge to the button's ledge?
1 of 6: Look up above the door for a big clue.
2 of 6: You see that extended wall section up there? You know what that means!
3 of 6: Fire an orange portal at the center of the extended wall section, then fire a blue portal into the floor and drop through it.
4 of 6: It would work best if you put your blue portal next to the ledge's edge, over the white tile with the four dots on it.
5 of 6: That way, you're very likely to fall back into the blue portal after exiting the orange one, which is what you want to happen.
6 of 6: If you instead fall off the ledge, restore a save and try again until you make it to the button ledge.
