The Orange Box: Portal Hints
How can I leave this room?
1 of 6: You can't leave until a portal opens up.
2 of 6: Right after you exit the stasis chamber, you'll be facing a one-minute countdown timer on a wall. (There's another timer just above the nearby gray wall section.)
3 of 6: You can look around and listen to the annoying computer voice when it starts up, but there's no way to leave the room until the countdown reaches zero.
4 of 6: When it does, an orange portal will open in the gray wall section.
5 of 6: Walk through it to reach a hallway.
6 of 6: Note that what you're doing is entering the orange portal opening and exiting through the blue portal opening. The two halves "connect" to form one complete portal. (See the General Portal Info.)
