The Orange Box: Portal Hints
How can I get up onto the first of the higher floor sections?
1 of 7: Notice that there's a lower floor nearby, next to some stairs.
2 of 7: Look up above it to find an extended wall section connected to some metal poles.
3 of 7: Remember how that routine works?
4 of 7: Fire a portal of one color down onto the floor below you, then fire the other-color portal up at the extended wall section.
5 of 7: NOTE: For the sake of wording these hints, I'll say to fire the blue portal at the extended wall sections and the orange portal at the lower floor.
6 of 7: Drop down so that you fall through the orange portal.
7 of 7: That'll propel you out of the blue portal and onto the higher floor.
