Shortcut Way #2
1 of 3: Walk over to the entrance to the turret chamber that's directly under the one with the lower slanty door.
2 of 3: Move as far into the chamber as you can without losing sight of the upper slanty door, then fire orange portals at it until one forms on it.
3 of 3: You'll need to aim carefully at a spot right above the door's front edge.
