Portal 2 Hints
How can I get to the exit door the first way?
1 of 7: Look over the side of the ledge and down to the elevator's floor, and put the orange portal on it if it isn't already there.
2 of 7: Notice that there are portal-friendly surfaces on both sides of the ledge you're on.
3 of 7: Put a blue portal on either of those surfaces, then drop off the ledge so that you fall into the elevator and through the orange portal.
4 of 7: When you're thrown out of the blue portal, you'll go high enough to see the slanted portal-friendly surface that's across from the exit door.
5 of 7: Note that you may have to turn in mid-air in order to see the slanted surface. Which way you have to turn and how far depends on exactly where the blue portal is and how it's angled.
6 of 7: TIP: If the blue portal is on the surface that's next to the "2900 M" sign on the wall, you probably won't have to turn much in order to see the slanted surface.
7 of 7: Quickly relocate the orange portal to the slanted surface in order to be flung over to the exit door when you fall back through the blue portal.
