How can I get up to the elevator?
1 of 4: You can do so with one simple portaling.
2 of 4: If you look to the left of the elevator, you should be able to just barely make out a white wall surface above the walkway that's at the elevator's level.
3 of 4: Fire a blue portal onto that wall surface, then put an orange portal onto any nearby wall surface so you can go through and drop down next to the elevator.
4 of 4: ALTERNATIVE: You could portal up to the elevator's walkway in stages by using some of the intermediate walkways that have portal-friendly wall sections next to them.
