How can I do that portal fling?
1 of 4: Put an orange portal on the elevator floor, then go over to the broken-off edge of the walkway.
2 of 4: Look down to see a portal-friendly surface a ways directly below you.
3 of 4: Put a blue portal on it, then drop into it to be flung up out of the elevator.
4 of 4: To land on the ledge, you'll need to start leaning on the "Move Forward" key as soon as you go through the blue portal, and you'll probably need to lower your view as you get near the ledge. It can be a tricky landing, and you may have to try several times.
