1 of 3: You'll need to hurl a franken-turret at it, so repeat the process of getting a franken-turret pushed up against the ceiling by the extended funnel.
2 of 3: This time, relocate the orange portal to the spot that's just under the spot where the excursion funnel hits the wall. That'll toss the franken-turret into Wheatley's other monitor.
3 of 3: You'll then need to repeat the process of getting a franken-turret onto the exit ledge so you can put it on the big red button and leave.
