Portal 2 Hints
How can I get to the same walkway without using the shortcut?
1 of 8: Go through the opening in the nearby wall, then turn left and go down to where another fence blocks your progress.
2 of 8: Look past the fence and up a bit to see a portal-friendly wall next to a lamp and a broken-off metal walkway.
3 of 8: Use that wall and the one to the left of the fence to portal yourself up there, then drop down and make your way along a concrete ridge.
4 of 8: After the ridge turns left and slopes upward, it'll stop near a large barricade that you're going to need to portal your way past.
5 of 8: Go to the right end of the barricade and look across from it to find a wall to put your orange portal on.
6 of 8: While standing next to that wall, look up and to the left.
7 of 8: You should see a white portal-friendly wall next to a high-up walkway, a ways under a huge "09" sign.
8 of 8: Put a blue portal onto that wall, then go through the orange portal to reach the high-up walkway.
