I can't jump over the railing, so how do I get down there?
1 of 3: The game wants you to portal your way down there, so look around for something to put a portal on.
2 of 3: There's a portal-friendly wall surface a ways below and to the left of a huge "keep out" sign.
3 of 3: Put a blue portal on that surface, then go back up the stairs and use the white wall for your orange portal.
